Facebook Social Media Marketing

Facebook is one of the most powerful platforms for local business visibility. But many small business owners miss one of the easiest, free ways to grow their following: inviting the people who already engage with their posts. Whether they react with a like ❤️ or drop a comment 💬, these users are prime candidates to follow your page—and this post shows you how to invite them in bulk.

Do you know what this one crucial step is?

The one simple Facebook task local small businesses can’t overlook is INVITING individuals and companies who engage with their Facebook posts to follow them.

How to bulk send invitations to like my page on FB

You may ask, “How do I invite fans who engage with my FB posts?”

There are multiple ways to send invites as a Page admin on Facebook. You can automate invites within Meta Business Suite via the “Grow Your Audience” card on the home page dashboard or via the Planner page. You can also send invitations manually (one by one) per post.

Invite in Bulk – Reactors and Commenters on your posts

Inside Meta Business Suite, the “Grow Your Audience” card is an underutilized yet powerful tool that enables you to send bulk invitations to individuals who have either reacted to or commented on your Facebook posts. You’ll find this card by navigating to your Home dashboard at business.facebook.com. Scroll to the bottom of the page, and look for a card labeled something like “Reach out to people who interacted with your content.” From there, you can filter by engagement type—👍 reactions or 💬 comments—and send invites with just a few clicks. This feature is especially helpful for saving time and growing your page by reaching out to people who are already interacting with your content.

Tutorial Video: Invite Reactors and Commenters

Hi Facebook page admins and owners. So this video is a follow up to a previous video where I showed how you can go into business.facebook.com for your page, come into your planner and if there are any reactions from the last week, on your post, it groups it here and lets you do a bulk invite, which is a game changer. However, some people were sharing that this mailbox does not show up and they can’t see it. So, another place that you can find this is if you go to the home and if you scroll down all the way to the bottom, there’s a card called Grow Your Audience. And you can see here it’s that same number 27. And it’s going to let you send invites and choose by reactions, your like love or other reactions. And once you select one, then you can send invites in bulk. Yep, let’s just look at another account and show you another example. So in this one, if I go to my planner, my planner does not show me a mailbox where I can send bulk invites. However, if I go to the home. So again, business.facebook.com/latest > Home, and I scroll all the way down to the bottom, I will find the “Grow Your Audience” and I can see that there are 12 that I can invite. So I can come in to send invites and I can click on reactions. So they are 12 comments. So this is invite people who commented on your Facebook post. Select all and send invite. So I think what this just showed you is if you are trying to, invite people who have commented, that’s not what pops up in that mailbox. Those are people who have reacted, and I actually didn’t have reactions here, which is why I didn’t have those 12. But here I can still get them as comments. All right, so I hope this really helps. Remember it’s using your business.facebook.com. And you have this area of “Grow your Audience” as well as the content area. Nope. The planner area where you’ll get a pop up as well. All right. So happy growing on Facebook. Invite in Bulk – Reactors to your Post during the past week

Relatively new to business.facebook.com (Meta Business Suite) is the ability to quickly invite people who react (like, love, etc) to your posts in bulk. To find this feature, go to Planner and look for a card that reads, “XX people reacted to your posts. Invite people who reacted to your posts last week to follow your page.”

Relatively new to business.facebook.com is the ability to quickly invite people to like your page in bulk. To find this feature, go to Scheduler and look for a card that reads, "XX people reacted to your posts. Invite people who reacted to your posts last week to follow your page."

To navigate to the Planner page, go to https://business.facebook.com/latest/content_calendar.

Note: This method reads, “Last Week”

The Planner’s “Send Invites” card reads, “Invite people who reacted to your posts LAST WEEK to follow your page.” This feature requires you to log in weekly to bulk invite people who have reacted to your business posts. It doesn’t capture reactions from posts older than a week.

So if you own a business page in Facebook it is now easier than ever to invite people who have reacted to your post (so liked your post, made an emoji to your post) to like your page. So, you’ll want to come to the URL business.facebook.com

And when you’re here in Meta, come to the Calendar icon so your Planner and if you have people who’ve reacted to your post who you have not invited you will see a block and it will tell you how many people have reacted to your post and it is as simple as clicking ‘Send invites.’ You can one by one check or you can choose your reactions as you click likes it is check marking for you all of the people or groups who have reacted. So you can click all of those. You can see here that it’s saying these are ones in the last six months that Facebook has flagged to like your page and say send invites and it is as easy as that you’ll see that your plan or your calendar also recommends the best time to make your post and to schedule them. So, that’s pretty amazing.

As well, all right so let me show you if you come here into your page and if you have a recent post you can click on insights and ads and it will tell you how many Impressions your reach you can click in for more details and you can see different reactions.

All right you can also click right where the number is showing reactions and this will allow you to scroll down and if there is anyone who has not…this is where you would typically invite people as they’re liking a post but what I’ve just shown you from your business profile expedites that process because now you do not have to go one by one and scroll through to find the people to invite you can see you can do it all at once.

All right so I hope that is really helpful for you and speeds up your Facebook inviting.

Manual Facebook Page Invites

As a page admin or editor, go to your Facebook post and click where you see the number of engagements to the right of the symbols (i.e., the icons for thumbs-up, heart, care, etc.).

You may ask, "How do I invite fans who engage with my FB posts?" As a page admin or editor, to your Facebook post, and click where you see the number of engagements to the right of the symbols (i.e., the icons for thumbs-up, heart, care, etc.).

Clicking the linked number will open a scrollable modal window. For each listing, if there is an “Invite” button, click it. Clicking the “Invite” button will trigger a follow request notification to the individual.

Tip: If you click the Like Number and do not see the buttons for Invite, Following, and Invited, you are not logged in correctly. First, double-check that you are reviewing the post as the Page Admin or a user with Page permissions. Look for the option to switch profiles. Only users with page permissions can invite fans to follow the business page.

Be aware that there are Invitation Limits.

There may be daily invitation limits. If you cannot continue, wait until the next day to proceed or assign another page editor to send the invitations. The daily limit is per editor, not per business account.
