Help, my Webflow blog shows the same post over and over! Stop pulling your hair out! If every blog post you click on in Webflow is showing the exact same article, you likely have one specific setting causing the loop.
In this video, I’m showing you a common mistake first-time Webflow designers make when setting up their CMS Blog Template. If you accidentally used a Collection List Wrapper inside your Collection Page, Webflow gets confused and shows a static preview instead of dynamic content.
I’ll show you how to move your content out of the wrapper so your blog finally displays the correct articles!

Why All Your Webflow Blog Posts Show the Same Content (Fixed!)

💡 Key Takeaway:
On a Collection Template Page, you don’t need a Collection List. The page itself is already tied to the CMS! Just place your elements and link them to the “Current Document” fields.

Here’s your fix if:
1) opening any page opens the same one in Webflow Blogs (CMS)
2) the same blog post opens up everytime
Your Blog Template page DOES NOT need a collection. Do not place your Rich Text Element (the blog content) foldered within a collection on this special template page. As soon as you move your Webflow Blog CMS Rich Text Element outside of the Collection in your layers, you’ll see rotating blog posts, as expected.
